OGMO-ES — Electronic Requisition

The port labor management body of the state of Espírito Santo, Brazil.

01The challenge
Requesting port labor is a process that involves several port operators. The workflow ran on emails and spreadsheets, which made each request hard to track and left room for rework.
02The solution
Otimize built the Electronic Requisition system, which centralizes operator requests in a single process, and the work assignment system, which gives workers access to the jobs offered every day, at different times.
03The implementation
The workflow based on exchanging messages and files was replaced by an electronic process: operators register their requests in the system and workers check the job offers in the system itself.
04The results
A process that depended on emails and spreadsheets became centralized and traceable, with the information for each request gathered in one place.

Otimize took an active part in building the AEVO Innovate platform, working on architecture and development.
03The implementation
Our involvement lasted three years, following the product from its early stages through the scaling phase.

AEVO Innovate established itself as one of the leading innovation management solutions in its market. Otimize’s contribution was engineering: architecture and development throughout that period.

01The challenge
TimeConnect is Timenow’s technology platform: through different modules, it provides tools for the complete, integrated management of many kinds of industrial projects. Evolving a platform of that size requires care with what is already in use.
02The solution
Otimize took part in the technical evolution of the platform, contributing to development throughout its modernization.
03The implementation
The work was carried out alongside the existing corporate platform, as a continuous evolution of its modules.
04The results
The platform kept evolving while supporting the integrated management of industrial projects.

CondoSocial — SconV2

Web platform and mobile app for the SconV2 condominium management system.

Expanding condominium management services by offering digital channels connected to the SconV2 condominium management system.
02The solution
Otimize built the web platform and the mobile app that serve as the interface to SconV2.
03The implementation
Web and app were integrated with the management system, so condominium information is available through both channels.

Condominium management services became available on the web and on mobile, integrated with the management system.
